Soft ruffled stretchy lace on 3/8 inch (10mm) wide coloured elastic in your choice of bright red, jet black, light pink, deep purple or fuchsia (hot pink). Embellished with a black satin bow, small satin ribbon rose in coordinating colour with green leaves, and a removable antiqued silver zinc alloy pewter skull and crossbones charm.
