Changes For EU & Northern Ireland Customers

We are sad to announce that as of Dec. 13, 2024 some import regulations came into effect for the entire European Union and Northern Ireland that have made it impossible for us to ship to these regions until further notice. We deeply regret this inconvenience.

These regulations are referred to as the "General Product Safety Regulation" (GPSR). In short, they require that all merchants shipping to these areas from outside of the region must provide, among other things, a physical agent located in the EU and Northern Ireland that can act as an intermediary, responsible for addressing import concerns and safety inquiries on our behalf. Unfortunately this isn't something we're able to do at this time. We will keep you updated however, and hopefully we can resume shipping to these regions again soon!

Countries Requiring GPSR (Feb. 2025):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, (Republic of) Cyprus, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
